it's been a while since i meet up with my doctor. so on friday afternoon i went for my yearly check up with xueqi and the results is good =) consistant, no relapse or anything =D but he told me something... oh germaine, you weigh the same since last year which means... the weighing scale in my bedroom has been spoilt for a looonnnggg time... and i was thinking wha, i really did slim down hor... pian ren...

so i decided to continue my long forsaken jogathon... so i decided to ask my buddy, martin to join me... he said... every step you take, years ago, there was a boy, martin, who ran those paths with you... awwww... brought back many memories... he, a scrawny tiny 14 year old kid who aims to work out and look macho and me, an 18 year old trying to lose weight. so he will always jog and then turn around and frown and give me this look that spells (germaine you're super slow. having long legs makes no difference) and then i will give him this look (i... *pant*... need... *pant*... to... *pant*...take...*pant*... a...*pant*...rest... *pant*)... ok i suck at jogging but heck, for the sake of losing weight for chinese new year so that i can have more place in my tummy to stuff more goodies. i must i must i must!!! martin, you rulez!

i love my sheeps and i pray you all do. do it through words, gifts and actions. it works better than having 3 hours of shepherding. i love JANE! XUEQI! SHIMIN! YOKELING! dang, for those extra grey hairs on my head, it's totally worth it.

coreteam rally was thumbs up.a time of appreciation... everybody had a part to play in this great commission. i got prayed on by pastor lawrence... that's one of the highlight for me =) and those testimonies touched me heart a lot. yes, im facing a lot of grey areas now but i believe it wont be for long before i can step on paradise soon.

sent my cousin to amsterdam and the thought of him flying there for 2 years for work and being all alone is certainly not easy for my aunt but its the best for him and so she had to let him go. the same goes to me, i have to let go of certain issues in my life too =) it's hard but i can because God says so.
